- An 8th grade English teacher for the past 16 years, my interest in photography began in my early teens. An avid Fuji Velvia shooter for years, I finally purchased my first digital camera, a Canon 20D, in January of 2005. judge judy seems to be laid back and not really want to be dealing with alexs case and just lets him go with taking care of some old guy.
I think judge Judy is a good person, but when it comes to drunk driving, she can get mean. I think that she lost someone in a drunk driving accident.

I think that Judge Judy is a good judge and knows what she is getting her clients into. Like in the book she wrote Alex back and said that he had to stick with Solomon, which is good. She knows that in her heart that Alex and Solomon will becom great friends. Also she takes her cases seriously because maybe lots of he cases affected her in some way or another.
i think that judge judy is just the right judge for alex because she knows best for kids like alex who drink and drive.

Judge Judy seems like she is upset about how many minors come in to the court. and maybe she had family that died in a drunk driving accident.

I think that Judge Judy is trying to make things easy on Alex since it is his first time getting in trouble, and she hopes she will not be seeing any more of Alex after his sentecne.
She can get mean at times but she is mostly reasonable about her dicisions.
i think judge judy is fair and she lets alex get off easy but puts him into something that teaches him his lesson. she cant stand DRUNK DRIVING and would rather not waste time with the cases. but becase alex was only not thinking right at the time so she puts him in something he cant get out of as easly and will teach him in the long run.

Judge Judy comes across as a normal person! not a judge! I think she maybe has lost someone to drunk driving because she got SOOO upset when she found out why Alex was in the court room. However, i think she really let Alex off easy! Maybe she is hoping he will learn his leson from doing community Service rather than going to the "big house" :). I think Judge Judy is a really down to earth person who doesn't use the whole Judge thing as an excuse to be all high and mighty. She just dresses and acts like a normal person.

I think Judge Judy is realy suposed to be nice. I dont see why she keeps not showig any thing but humor when alex writes to her. Begging her let his punishment go he still owes the lady money though....
